Too often, students move through their education without a clear understanding of how their interests, strengths, and subjects translate into meaningful careers. Aequo exists to bridge that gap—connecting students with professionals, industries, and pathways they may not have otherwise encountered.

Why I Started Aequo
“I created Aequo Pathway Foundation because I saw how easy it is for students to move through school without ever truly understanding what’s possible for their future.
There are so many careers, industries, and opportunities that students simply aren’t exposed to early enough—especially those who don’t already have access to those networks.
