What We Do
Too many students move through school without ever seeing how what they’re learning connects to real careers. Aequo was created to change that—by bringing together educators, professionals, and supporters to give students early exposure to what’s possible.
Schools create the space. Professionals bring real-world insight. Supporters make it possible to reach more students and expand the experience. Together, this work helps students see new paths, ask better questions, and begin to imagine futures they may not have considered before.
If you’re here, there’s a place for you in that work.
Schools/Educators
Schools are where this work begins. We partner with educators to create space for students to engage with professionals, ask questions, and explore real-world paths in a way that feels relevant to them.
We’re currently starting with small, intentional pilot experiences as we build toward larger-scale programming. Share a few details about your school and we’ll follow up to explore what this could look like together.
What to Expect
After you submit your information, we’ll reach out to learn more about your school and goals. Early engagements are designed as focused pilot experiences, allowing us to tailor the approach and build something that works well for your students and schedule.
Professionals/Speakers
Professionals make this experience real. By sharing your journey—what you do, how you got there, and what might surprise a student—you help connect classroom learning to real-world possibilities.
We’re currently hosting smaller, focused sessions as we build toward larger experiences. Tell us a bit about your background, and we’ll reach out with opportunities to get involved.
What to Expect
Once you submit your information, we’ll follow up with details about upcoming opportunities. Early sessions are smaller and more interactive, giving you a chance to connect directly with students in a meaningful way.
Supporters/Partners
Supporters help make this work possible and sustainable. Whether through funding, partnerships, or resources, your support helps expand access and bring these experiences to more students.
At this stage, support can take many forms—from helping fund early pilot experiences to connecting Aequo with schools, organizations, and opportunities that help the work grow.
What to Expect
After you share your information, we’ll follow up to learn more about your interests and how you’d like to support. From there, we’ll explore ways to get involved that feel aligned and meaningful—no pressure, just a conversation to start.
Where We’re Headed
We’re beginning with small, school-based pilot experiences—creating space for students to hear directly from professionals across a range of careers and start to see themselves in paths they may not have considered.
As this work grows, we envision larger, centralized experiences that bring together students, professionals, and communities—expanding access and opening doors for even more students.
